Order by date this year is October 29 for free shipping (6-8 weeks). Orders on Express Courier (4 weeks) has to be made by November 25. All orders placed after that will be shipped out as fast as we can but due to the global shipping slowdown near Christmas, we will not be able to guarantee their arrival by Christmas. Unfortunately, once an item ships, we don't have control over it any more. However, we ship via DHL and they are generally very reliable and you can also contact their local office for updates.
Covid resulted in marked price increase for materials and shipping. Some countries in Europe and the UK have also imposed new export taxes. If your shipping address is to a country that is affected by this, it will be automatically calculated at check out.
HOW IS THIS BIBLE DIFFERENT?
Your Personalized Bible is a unique, one-of-a-kind Bible that relays the personal application of the Word of God. Your Bible will have your name personalized into the text in over 5,000 places in the New Testament with Psalms & Proverbs, 7,000 places in the complete Old and New Testaments. Personalizations include: first name, last name and for married couples, also the name of your spouse. For example: "The Lord is John"s shepherd. John should not want" (Psalm 23), "For God didn"t give Pamela a spirit of fear, but of power, love and self-control. (2 Timothy 1:7)", "For God so loved Robert that He gave his one and only Son…" (John 3:16).
WHAT ARE THE SIZES AND WEIGHT OF THE BIBLES?
The New Testament is 8.3" (Length) x 5.9" (Width) x 1" thick (or 21cm x 15cm x 2.5cm) and weighs approximately 1.5 pounds (0.7kg).
The Complete Bible is 10.9"(height) x 7.6" (width) and is 1.8" thick (or 27.7cm x 19.3cm and 4.6cm thick) and weighs approximately 4 pounds (1.7kg).
WHAT VERSION IS YOUR PERSONALIZED BIBLE?
It is the World English Translation which is a modernized version of the American Standard Version, which is well known for its accuracy in translating the original texts. It is also available in the original King James (1611 Authorized Version).
HOW CAN I TELL WHAT PART OF THE TEXT HAS BEEN CHANGED?
Any changes that occur in the text (including your name, he/she, brother/sister…etc) are in bold italicized print. Minor grammatical changes are not highlighted.
ARE JESUS' WORDS IN RED?
No, but they are italicized so they are distinguishable from the rest of the text.
WHAT COLOR CHOICES ARE THERE FOR THE COVER?
You can choose from black or burgundy. We also have two limited edition colors - Toffee Brown (While stocks last) & White (currently out of stock!). Please also note that due to camera and lighting effects, there may be some slight variation of colors of your actual bibles versus the photographs on our site. At times, we may also have to order leather with slightly different grain as those pictured.
HOW DO I ADD A SPECIAL DEDICATION NOTE IN THE BIBLE?
To do this, you simply need to click on the drop-down menu labeled “Add On” on the Product page. After you checkout, we will send you an email for your note and/or photograph. This option further personalizes your unique Bible and is a great for gifts and keepsake Bibles.
CAN I PUT TWO NAMES AS RECIPIENTS?
We don't advise to place two names as recipients, especially if they are husband and wife. The bible has the gender pronoun (eg., he/ his/ him) personalized accordingly to the recipient's gender. Thus, if you include two names, your personalized verses will read with gender pronoun mistakes. Also if the bible is intended for a married couple, verses where the husband and wife's names are personalized will also read wrongly e.g., instead of "John, love Christie" ("husbands, love your wife"), it will read as "John & Christie, love John & Christie".
We advise to either buy two separate bibles or choose one main recipient but put both names on the cover name.
If you enter two names under "first name", we will edit this to be just one and will choose the name that matches the gender chosen.
DO YOU DELIVER TO MY COUNTRY AND HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We deliver internationally and all Bibles purchased comes with free international shipping. Free shipping applies within most states in US. A remote countries surcharge is in place for Africa & selected countries which are considered remote for our shipping provider. For these countries, we charge a weight-based shipping rate - $60 (0-2kg), $90 (2-5kg) & $120 (5-10kg). HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY PURCHASE?
Your Personalized Bible goes through a dedicated process of customization once you place you order. If you opt for the free standard shipping (which comes with all orders made), it will take 6-8 weeks. If you choose Express Courier, it will take 3-4 weeks. (Please note this is not avail due to COVID still causing grounded flights). When we mail out your package, we will also email you a tracking number which you can use to keep track of the progress of your package.
I AM ORDERING THIS AS A GIFT AND I SIMPLY CAN'T WAIT. HOW CAN I GET MY BIBLE FASTER?
If you email email@example.com before making your order and let us know when you need the Bible, we can advise you on whether we can make arrangements for you to receive your Bible faster. Depending on where you stay, there is an additional fee to cover the delivery and logistics cost. OR you can order a Gift Card instead (See more below)
HOW DOES THE GIFT CARD WORK?
Our electronic Gift Card works the same way a gift card bought at any shop does. You simply purchase the denomination you want. After receiving your order, we will immediately email you a unique Gift Card code. You can then forward this to the person you want to bless at whichever time you like and the recipient will be able to use the Gift Card and shop on our site whenever they want! :)
When they shop on our site and want to pay using their gift card, they just need to enter the unique code at the "GIft Card" box at check out (this is on the page after the Paypal check out page). The amount spent will be automatically deducted.
Our GIft Cards are offered in 3 denominations - USD99, USD129, USD139 (Each amount corresponds to a product in our shop) for your convenience. However, if you want to use your Gift Card over a few purchases, that's permissible too. Our shop will automatically only deduct the cost of your purchase and you can use the remaining amount left any other time.
For example, your gift card is for USD129 but you want to purchase the New Testament which only cost USD89. Just make the purchase and you can use the remaining USD40 on your future purchases.
Similarly, if you buy more than the gift card denomination, you just need to pay the remaining amount.
The Gift Card does not expire. What a perfect year-round gift!

I CHANGED MY MIND AND WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER.
We process every order within 12 hours of receiving them. If an order has been processed, we cannot cancel the order. Since most of our products are personalized, they are also prepared specially for you and we can't use them for any one else once it's processed. Thus, we do not entertain cancellations.
I RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE PRODUCT.
Please note that we follow the personalization details entered into the order form exactly. If a mistake occured that originated from our end, please email us with a photograph to let us know about it and we will try to solve the problem for you. Please do also note if you have a problem with your order, you have to notify us about it within 2 weeks of receipt.

We pay premium shipping rates to make sure our products reach you in time and in good condition. However, please note that once a product leaves our office, we really don't have control over it. If a delivery is late, we will help you check up on it but the shipping provider will be the best party to handle requests like delivery time or change of address. We cannot be held liable for missing deliveries due to wrong addresses given.

Please note that our shipping provider does NOT ship to PO or FPO box addresses. If you enter either as your delivery address, we will have to email you for an alternative address. Depending on how fast you reply, this may lengthen the time it takes for your order to reach you.
